Refund and Returns Policy
At RoadWise.blog, most of our tools and services are offered completely free of charge. Since we do not sell physical products, the traditional “returns” policy does not apply. However, in the event that we introduce premium or paid features, the following policy will apply:
1. Digital Products and Services
All sales of digital tools, subscriptions, or premium features are considered final.
Once access to a digital service has been granted, refunds will only be issued under limited circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment or technical issues preventing tool access).
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
You paid but did not receive access to the tool/service.
A critical technical issue prevented you from using the purchased service and we are unable to resolve it.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Free tools and services.
Change of mind after purchase.
Issues arising from misuse of our tools or failure to meet system/browser requirements.
